Space Report Tab

The Space Report Tab is used to create a report of space required to bench all Exhibitors . In addition to the cage space required for each exhibitor, the number of security cages and requests for End-of-Row benching are included. Paid End-of-Row benching requests are shown as "EOR", complementary End-of-Row requests are shown as "MED" and requests for "central" benching are shown as "CNT".

The space required to bench each exhibitor and their benching requests are included.
Use this report in conjunction with the Benching Report to do benching.

For the Six Plus Six format, a single Space Report is used to bench for both shows.

Click to preview and print the document. Use to print the document on the Default Printer.
You have an opportunity to select an alternate printer and specify the specific pages to be printed.

If you are comforable with Microsoft Excel®, you may prefer to use the CSV benching file produced by File->Export->Benching which combines the information in the Benching and Space Reports.

The fields at the bottom of this view summarize table and cage requirements for the show. This report sowns the maximum space required by an exhibitor for either day.

Note that all space is reported based on "double" cages.
