ChereveSoft recognizes the serious financial pressures facing many CFA clubs in these days of high and ever increasing show production costs! We have developed a price structure to minimize the up front and total cost to both clubs and "professional" entry clerks.
Instead of a high annual fee for the software, AECfa software is FREE.
Each show produced using AECfa requires a separate show license. The license price is based on the entry limit to keep the price relative to show income. Compare this to the other per entry costs for an 8 ring show 2 day 225 entry limit show:

The actual cost of using AECfa is about 35¢ per entry!
This license strategy removes the financial penalty for clubs that produce a single show each year. Clubs and entry clerks don't have to pay a large "software" fee up front. Each license is purchased when needed rather than long before its used. If your club needs to skip a show, there is no annual software license fee wasted!
And to make things even sweeter, go ahead and process up to 50 entries for your show without a license! Then with the money from the first entries, you can purchase your show license. AND license the exact entry limit you need. For example, even if you show format would allow 450 entries, few if any shows today actually get this many entries. Based on your show hall space, past history or other factors, you can decide to set a lower limit, say 325. This reduces your show license fee by about $44.00, *a 28% savings* from a 450 entry license!
