	ENH	When a contact name needs to be changed, it is easy to forget that the exhibitor name may also need to be changed. AECfa has been enhanced to ask if the exhibitor name should be changed. Unless you are using a "Vanity" exhibitor name, click Yes.
	ENH	The Fee Setup tab has been improved to reduce the number of errors in setting up the show fees. These fees are CRITICAL to the proper operation of AECfa. Errors in setting up the fees can result in MAJOR difficulties with benching data and balancing the show financials. Please use great care when setting up your fees! If in doubt, use Help->Support Request and ask to have your fees reviews before you get too far into your show.

192	LOW	The "Closing" date on the General Setup page is now set to 11:59:59 PM of the selected day. Use the "File->Close Entries" menu item in this and later versions to record the actual closing time.
	ENH	A new menu option "File->Close" allows entry clerks working on multiple shows to switch to a different show without having to exit the AECfa program. This option also simplifies setting up a new show by copying the entry clerk information ( name, address, email, ...) from the "closed" show into the new show. Just use "File->New" after "File->Close" and the information is transferred.
	ENH	A new menu option "File->Close Entries" allows you to manually close entries for a show. Entries still close automatically on the date specified in the show setup. The date a show closes is reported to CFA as part of the show data file. Closing date/times that are too close to the start of the show may be questioned. It is very important to close your entries BEFORE you print your final show catalog to ensure that the show data file and all show documents match! The club may be fined if inconsistencies are found by CFA Central Office.

	ENH	Request your license directly from the AECfa program! Just complete your show setup and save your shows. Then click Help->Request License. Your browser will pop up with the request form already completed from show setup. Check the information and order you license. You have the option to pay on-line through PayPal (even if you don't have a PayPal account, using a credit card) or pay by check. Your license will be sent to you by email so make sure your email is correct in the show setup!

178	ENH	A Cut/Paste operation has been added to allow active entries (OK or Has Errors) to be moved from one exhibitor to another. Right click on the entry to be moved and select Cut. Select the target exhibitor. In the entries list, right click and select Paste from the menu. Confirm the paste request. Update the target account for the new entry. Don't forget to return to the original exhibitor and adjust the account for the reduced number of entries.
177	LOW	New (menu or toolbar) is disabled when an in-progress show is open. To create a new show, you must save the open show and restart the program. This ensure that all information in your show is protected. In addition, the Open (menu and toolbar) and the View->Properties are appropriately disabled when their use could result in undesired outcomes.

If your show stays open longer than originally anticipated, just change the closing date in the show properties. No warning that the show was not closed in printed on the Counts page or in the show/master clerk catalog.

151	MID	Changes to the exhibitors invoice that are the only change made to the exhibitors information in the Entry View now correctly update the exhibitors balance. This corrects the Balance Due report generated in the Financial View. To make sure all accounts are correct, go to the Entry View. Select "Exhibitors" on the Contacts/Exhibitors tab. Hold down the down-arrow key until you have scrolled through all exhibitors. This will correctly refresh the "balance due" for all exhibitors.
